Each meeting room will be equipped with two computers (PC and Mac), a LCD projector, a screen and a pointer. The computers will be configured with Windows 7 and Mac OS 10.10 as well as with Microsoft Office 2016. An IT person will be there to assist. If you use your own computer, please inform the IT person to set up in advance. Your own cable/adapter may be required.
Length of presentation material should be in accordance with the time allotted, which includes a 5-minute-Q&A and a changeover to the next speaker.

Please bring the presentation files in the USB drive to the IT person in meeting rooms at least 4 hours before the presentation time to load the slides. Speakers of the morning sessions should provide their files the day before. The slide file with the presenter name as the file name is preferred to allow easy identification and programming.
To ensure a smooth presentation, speakers are suggested arriving at the presentation room at least 15 minutes before the session starts.
Session Chairs will hold speakers to the allotted time, ensuring adequate time for Q&A as well as adherence to the schedule.
Speakers are welcomed to distribute copies of their papers and/or other handouts to interested audience members. At the end of the conference, all presentation files will be destroyed.
